Handyman: skilled

Property Maintenance Company Seeks skilled and experienced HANDYMAN

Must have following qualifications:

Ny state valid drivers license for min 3 years. Max 3 points in last 4 years.

Must possess STRONG ELECTRICAL SKILLS with signs, building lighting, parking lot lighting, outlets

Skills in painting, tile work, fencing, and other repair and maintenance jobs.

40- 50 hour work week: Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Start time 5,6 or 7 am depending on assignments.

Must be available any time or day that it snows in winter.
