Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs around residential and commercial properties, including carpentry, painting, drywall patching, and minor apartment repair.

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Ensure that all repairs are completed to company standards.

Communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Manage inventory and supplies as needed.

Follow all safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the spot.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must have your own tools and reliable transportation, own transportation.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Flexible and dependable, with a strong work ethic.

Valid drivers license.
