Position Overview:
HVAC Techs: stop by to discuss pay structure

As an HVAC Installer with Doctor Cool, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including split systems and package units, in both residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team to ensure each installation is completed with precision, efficiency, and the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

*Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (split systems and package units) in residential and commercial properties
*Ensure installations meet all local codes and regulations
*Test and inspect HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
*Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that each client is satisfied with the work
*Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites in a safe and organized manner
*Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and quality installations
*Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

*Must have own tools (we have a tool purchasing account if needed)
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation (residential and/or commercial)
*EPA Certification
*Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and components
*Ability to read and interpret, schematics, and technical manuals
*Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
*Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in various environments
*Valid drivers license and clean driving record
*Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
*OSHA certification is a plus

Compensation:

Compensation of $400 per install, per installer (split system and package unit)
