General Laborer (Printer) 1st shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a General Laborer (Printer) to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer (Printer)

Location: Sale Creek, TN

Pay Range:$15-16hr.

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Comply with safety processes and quality system work instructions.
• Transport, handle, and label raw materials and products.
• Inspect products and conduct product testing.
• Participate in problem-solving and improvement teams.

What's Needed?

• Judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to learn and accept new challenges.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
