A/V Foreman**
**Job Description**
Join our team as an Audio/Visual Foreman and Lead Technician in our AV Commercial Department. We seek an experienced professional in installation and troubleshooting to handle programming and commissioning of AV, IT, and control systems. You will also provide training, documentation, and service support for AV/IT systems installations. Collaborate with our Project Manager to ensure projects meet customer satisfaction and achieve timely sign-offs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Program Crestron and other automation control systems.
+ Assemble, test, and commission equipment racks and systems built in-house.
+ Configure, commission, and train onsite AV/IT systems.
+ Perform software configuration of AV DSP systems.
+ Support configuration and software for Digital Signage Systems and Equipment.
+ Provide service and support for commercial AV systems.
+ Perform other tasks as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in installation, cabling, and audiovisual systems.
+ Proficiency in low voltage systems, including CAT5 and CAT6 cabling.
+ Expertise in AV components such as Crestron and BIAMP.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Associates degree or higher in electronics or IT preferred.
+ 5 years of direct experience in IT-related AV systems.
+ 2+ years of regular Crestron programming experience.
+ Proficiency in audio Biamp, Q-SYS, and BSS DSP programming.
+ 3+ years in installing and servicing commercial AV systems.
+ CTS Certifications are preferred but not required.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $49.00/hr.
