Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Seguin, TX. This position involves hands-on work with sheet metal fabrication on-site, setting grilles, and installing HVAC units. We're looking for reliable mechanics ready to contribute immediately.

Work Scope Includes:

• On-site sheet metal fabrication for ductwork

• Installing HVAC units and system components

• Setting diffusers, grilles, and registers

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layout plans

• Supporting all phases of HVAC system installation

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient job site

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC installation

• Skilled in sheet metal ductwork and mechanical assembly

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
