As our operations grow, our Sooner location is seeking a motivated and reliable Lead Installer to help keep our production running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively interact with builders during measure and/or install process. Inform, resolve concerns and solve problems if they arise.
  • Prioritize/schedule and complete work activity according to business needs.
  • Adhere to company standards and procedures.
  • Must be able to operate a variety of hand tools to perform service and onsite repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, neat & orderly work area.
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety at all times and insures quality.
  • Job functions may vary depending on work assignment and may require assistance in various areas of operation.

Qualifications

  • Mechanically inclined (able to use power tools and take accurate measurements within 1/16 of an inch)
  • Construction, Framing or Carpentry experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional work ethic and strong attendance record are a must.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards while delivering superior customer service.
  • Willing and able to successfully complete pre-employment drug and background screening.
  • High school degree GED Equivalent.
