Production Worker - Night Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our dynamic team. The role involves pre-labeling bags, feeding them into the bagger, understanding the bagger system software, and performing light maintenance when needed. You'll ensure bags are properly sealed and weigh the product to meet quality standards. Operators may also work with panning machines, extrusion lines, crunch lines, or in packaging, engaging in tasks such as mixing, batching, panning, and packing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pre-label and feed bags into the bagger.
+ Understand and operate the bagger system software.
+ Perform light maintenance on machinery as required.
+ Ensure bags are properly sealed and products are weighed accurately.
+ Operate panning machines, extrusion lines, and crunch lines.
+ Mix, batch, pan, and pack products.
+ Lift up to 50lbs as part of regular duties.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Experience in packing, palletizing, visual inspection, machine operating, or blending.
+ Ability to work on a rotating 24/7 schedule, including 2-2-3 shifts from 6:45 am/pm.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Food manufacturing experience is an advantage.
+ Demonstrated drive to advance within the company.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a clean, well-lit food manufacturing facility, where adherence to health and safety guidelines is crucial. The environment is fast-paced, requiring considerable standing. Contractors must wear hairnets, beard nets, steel-toed shoes, and lab coats. While the facility is climate-controlled, temperatures can reach up to 100 degrees due to machinery and ovens, and the atmosphere can be dusty.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
