As Site Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, orchestrating daily construction operations, ensuring safety and quality, and keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. What You'll Do Lead daily construction operations from scheduling and logistics to trade coordination. Champion safety on-site, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and Port Authority of NY & NJ (PANYNJ) standards. Keep quality top-notch by aligning work with contract documents and design specs. Track progress, document milestones, and keep project management in the loop. Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and client reps to resolve field issues fast. Maintain detailed records: daily reports, manpower logs, safety documentation, and more. Drive project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover success. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of on-site construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role. OSHA 30 certification. Experience with airport or public infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points For Heavy civil and aviation construction experience.
