Seeking handyman/ laborer

Seeking handyman/ laborer (Chester Area) compensation: pay starts at $11.50 and will go up contingent on skill set and experience seeking a handyman/ laborer to start working a couple times per week, moving trash, yard work, inside basement cleaning, cosmetic work, such as steps sanding, demo, painting other task, like sheet rock etc.. Must be punctual, have reliable transportation and tools.
