Handyman/roofer needed for AC install on roof, no HVAC equip needed (mcnichols) 13320 W McNichols Rd compensation: 900$ I have two 3 ton mini splits I need installed. The condensers need to go on the roof of a commercial building about 13 feet off the ground. The roof is flat. There is about 3 feet of space between the ceiling and the roof (in the roof joists). The unit is a DIY MR cool unit so it is precharged. So anyone who is handy can get the job done. no HVAC specialist needed. Roof penetration must be water proof. No expanding foam ect.
