Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician/Carpenter to remodel trailers often used for construction sites. This role involves carpentry work, including framing new trailers and repairing existing ones. You will refresh and update trailers, preparing them for rent, which may include remodeling wood, aluminum, or vinyl siding, replacing flooring or tiles, performing light electrical work, power washing, and painting. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!
**Responsibilities**
+ Remodel and update trailers used for construction sites.
+ Perform carpentry work such as framing and repairing trailers.
+ Refresh trailers by remodeling interior siding and replacing flooring or tiles.
+ Conduct light electrical work to replace fixtures.
+ Power wash and paint the exterior of trailers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven past carpentry experience.
+ Ability to perform electrical work.
+ Experience in refurbishing trailers.
+ Proficiency with hand tools.
+ Capability to read measuring tape accurately.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Good construction experience.
+ Mechanical inclination.
+ Must have own basic tools (tape measure, hammer, etc.); additional tools provided.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
