Company Description

The Compensation Project Manager plans, designs, evaluates and administers employee compensation and benefit programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, retirement plans, and life, health and disability insurance.

This role supports the business leaders, and fellow People (HR) colleagues in building sustainable processes and running global compensation projects that span the full organization.building, developing and maintaining the Global Compensation Guidelines.

Job Description

  • Building strategic global programs for compensation and benefits that build the foundation to improve employee engagement, enable proactive and effective messaging and cadence.
  • Key team member for the career framework model that provides leadership and guidance to business leaders, managers and other people team members.
  • The forefront and expert on all things career framework as it relates to compensation and ongoing owner of the job architecture and leveling methodology for the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership, during the all life-cycle processes to help build comprehensive plans for roll-out that include conceptual to execution: Build a story in a streamlined and thoughtful way that speaks to all levels of the organization in order to gain buy-in for change.
  • Provide leadership and expertise for areas (multiple countries/global) in all areas of compensation and benefits (non-US)
  • Create and take a proactive approach to compensation flagging key areas of improvement and needed alignment to the market that are aligned with our internal compensation philosophy
  • Be a key team player for the global compensation and total rewards team as it relates to building and developing Global Compensation Guidelines

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Typical Experience: 8-12 years of experience, with a background in managing teams.

Skills: Strategic implementation, people management, and performance monitoring.

Other: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and develop team capabilities
