Welder

Kelly is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Sanford, NC . This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can apply your welding expertise to contribute to various projects.

Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: $21+ per hour, depending on experience

Job Description:
As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in our projects by sourcing materials, measuring and cutting them to specifications, and welding metals together to create high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing work that meets our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source materials to be used in welding projects.
• Measure and cut materials to precise specifications.
• Weld materials together using the appropriate techniques and materials.
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets the tolerances specified on blueprints.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
