General Laborer**
**Job Description**
This position requires the ability to perform a variety of general labor functions in an outdoor yard environment. You must be comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and all weather conditions. The role involves undertaking various labor-related tasks, including sweeping, cleaning up oil spills, moving and lifting materials, and operating a forklift after receiving training.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general labor duties in an outdoor environment.
+ Comfortably work in varied weather conditions, including hot, cold, and wet.
+ Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs as part of a team lift.
+ Conduct tasks such as sweeping, picking up debris, and moving materials.
+ Assist workers in their designated areas.
+ Operate a forklift, preferably with sit-down experience, after training.
+ Handle material efficiently and safely.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs in a team lift.
+ Experience in general labor tasks, including sweeping and cleaning.
+ Proficiency in moving materials and assisting in various job functions.
+ Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions.
+ Capability to interact with customers in the yard.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Preferred experience in sit-down forklift operation.
+ Material handling proficiency.
+ Commitment to performing tasks safely.
