Position : Carpenter Fabricator / Assembly Technician (Carpentry / Assembly / QC / Other)

Reports to : Production Manager

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 3pm-11:30pm (40 hours/week, with potential for overtime)

Compensation: $22+/hr; 2nd shift starting range (based on experience)

This hybrid role will report directly to the Production Manager - you will flow to the area of greatest need. Some weeks you will work in Carpentry, others in Assembly, and other times Quality Control. This role will work with and take direction from the Team Lead where you’re embedded. You will be at the heart of our creative process, responsible for building the tangible, guest-facing products that bring our experiences to life.

We are a hands-on, all-in team. A willingness to jump in where needed—whether it's packing a truck or sweeping the floors—is essential.

This one-of-a-kind role offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate closely with our CNC, Carpentry, Finishing, Assembly, Tech, and QC teams to ensure our creations are nothing short of epic.

• Fabrication: Build and assemble high-quality game components, furniture, and other items from blueprints and shop drawings, ensuring they meet our standards for functionality, durability, and aesthetic excellence.

• Job and Time Tracking : Maintain accurate time entries and operation status in Production workflow and HR time-keeping software (Fulcrum, ADP)

• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow from concept to completion.

• Inventory Management: Assist the Production Manager in monitoring, procuring, and organizing necessary supplies and materials.

• Quality Assurance: Verify specifications by measuring and testing completed components, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure flawless performance.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the research and development of new components and installation processes.

• Mentorship: Share your knowledge and techniques with colleagues to elevate the entire team's skill set.

• Safety & Organization: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.

• A strong work ethic and a desire to produce high-quality work.

• Experience in trim carpentry, fabrication, or general construction is highly preferred.

• Ability to read, interpret, and build from assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.

• Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to manage and prioritize projects.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and find solutions.

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform tasks requiring physical exertion.
