**Job Type:Contract-to-Hire**
**Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30/4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation (1 night/week, 1 weekend/month)**

**What Youll Do**
+ Respond to emergency calls and assist with property damage restoration
+ Perform water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
+ Set up and monitor drying equipment using moisture detection tools
+ Tear out damaged materials (drywall, flooring, cabinets, etc.)
+ Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
+ Rotate on-call shifts (with extra pay!)
**What Were Looking For**
+ 6+ years of construction or hands-on labor experience
+ Strong customer service mindset youll be helping people on tough days
+ Comfortable with physical work and using tools
+ Tech-savvy enough to use mobile apps and equipment monitors
+ Valid drivers license and clean driving record
+ Willingness to be on-call occasionally

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
