Slip Form Superintendent Location: Central USA (Travel Required) Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: Competitive Salary + Weekly Per Diem (Based on Experience) Established company specializing in Design Build Slip-Formed Silos, Structures and Buildings is seeking a Slip Form Superintendent for immediate hire. Projects are typically located in the Midwest. Job Duties & Qualifications include: Job Duties & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in slip-form construction , with at least 10 completed projects involving silos, silo groups, or similar concrete structures. Proven ability to set up and operate slip forms , ensuring safe and successful completion of pours. Must provide references from previously completed slip-form projects. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse crew members. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Comfortable using basic computer tools for reporting and coordination. Strong leadership skills; must be able to manage crews of 50+ workers and oversee multiple subcontractors. Typical project duration range from 12 to 24 months at a single location.
