Job Summary: Signal Timing Project Manager
Join a leading transportation firm that values your expertise and rewards your accomplishments. We are seeking a talented engineering professional with extensive signal timing experience who will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating traffic signal timings.
What will you be doing?
Oversee the growth and management of the office's traffic signal operations activities
Win and manage a variety of traffic signal systems projects that you are passionate about, including all elements of the project life-cycle (pre-positioning, pursuit, negotiations, project planning, technical delivery, financial management, etc.)
Analysis of traffic signal operation on arterials and networks
Provide the leadership team with insight on market trends and growth opportunities specification of applicable data collection
Development of new signal timing parameters based on detailed analysis
Inputting traffic signal plans via central control systems and/or directly into local controllers
Evaluation and implementation of adaptive or traffic responsive traffic signal systems,
Implementation of transit signal priority systems
Design and analysis of traffic surveys or studies to evaluate signal timing effectiveness

Salary Range:
Project Manager: $132,700 - $158,200 per year
