We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Lineman who wants to take on a Superintendent role to join our team in a field-based role. This position will be responsible for performing all aspects of high-voltage electrical line work while also supporting leadership and oversight of crews on site. The Senior Lineman will assist in coordinating field operations, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring project schedules and quality standards are met. This role requires flexibility to travel anywhere in the U.S. based on project location and duration. Per Diem, mobilization, and regular trips home available for qualified candidates!

responsibilities:
  • Safely install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical transmission and distribution systems.

  • Lead by example in the field with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Assist with planning and coordinating daily work activities and crew logistics.

  • Supervise and mentor linemen and apprentices on assigned projects.

  • Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Management team to ensure project goals are met.

  • Conduct safety meetings, job briefings, and equipment/tool inspections.

  • Monitor job progress, identify and help resolve field issues.

  • Communicate with clients, utility representatives, and inspectors as needed.

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting from the field including daily reports, timekeeping, and safety observations.

  • Travel extensively to support project needs across the country.
