Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect - High-End Residential position include: Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural practice with management across all project phases Experience with high-end residential projects required Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and rendering software (3Ds Max or Lumion) Manage residential architectural projects from inception to completion Lead and participate in client presentations and prepare design documentation Coordinate with consultants and respond to RFIs, contractor inquiries, and shop drawings Maintain CAD standards and ensure project deadlines are met Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
