To be recognized as a Green Diamond location, we must receive the highest scores on the company’s Homeowner Satisfaction Surveys through its NPS (Net Promoter Scores). It is the most prestigious award that Renewal by Andersen corporate hands out. In 2024, both our Milwaukee and Greater WI locations were recognized as Green Diamond Locations. This award not only symbolizes the Signature Service we set out to achieve but it’s also a representation of our Mission to DO WELL DO GOOD.  The impact we can make as an organization in our community is monumental. 

The Cares Council is made up of RBA Teammates who are passionate about making a difference. The mission of the Cares Council is to empower the RBA teammate to participate in meaningful community involvement and volunteerism projects, to support our teammates across the business to be inspirational leaders that grow our company culture, and to build meaningful relationships between RBA, our homeowners, and our community.

You can use RBA Triangle to send and receive recognition and points with your teammates.
