We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various repair and remodeling tasks across residential and commercial properties.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and trouble shooting. Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities :
Be able to perform all types of interior and exterior remodeling such as kitchen and bathroom remodels.
Tile, drywall, flooring, pressure washing, plumbing, painting and electrical of residential and commercial properties.
Identify issues that require attention and Respond Promptly to Service Calls / jobs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are used properly.
Collaborate with other workers when necessary to complete larger projects and Report Completed Work and any additional issues or recommendations for repairs.
Qualifications :
Proven Experience as a Handyman or in a similar role with a strong understanding of various maintenance tasks & Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively on the job.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently and quickly.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required at job sites and with weather conditions.
