Are you a hands-on leader with deep expertise in refrigeration systems and field-based project management? We're looking for a Refrigeration Construction Superintendent to oversee high-impact installation and service projects throughout the local area. This role requires strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead crews with confidence and precision.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage installation, maintenance, and repairs of refrigeration systems
• Lead and coordinate multiple work crews onsite
• Monitor job progress, safety, and quality standards
• Interpret drawings and ensure proper system installation
• Communicate with external clients and cross-functional teams
• Create reports, submit timesheets, and maintain documentation

? What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in refrigeration construction or related field
• OSHA 30-hour certification (required)
• RETA Level 1 & 2 certifications (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CO? systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and coordinate across trades

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000/year

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
