Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team, where you will be responsible for completing timely and accurate estimates for industrial projects. You will play a crucial role in identifying and gathering information on labor, material, and time, as well as preparing bid procedures and implementing new tools, practices, and processes. Your expertise will assist project managers with scopes of work and facilitate collaboration with clients, suppliers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate estimates for industrial projects.
• Identify and gather information on labor, material, and time.
• Prepare bid procedures and implement new tools, practices, and processes.
• Assist project managers with scopes of work.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in estimation, pricing, and bidding.
• Experience with estimating software and industrial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in estimating.
• Experience with industrial projects.

Work Environment

The position offers a Monday to Friday hybrid schedule, allowing for remote work two days per week. The role includes up to 30% travel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
