  • Contribute and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver world-class projects.
  • Effectively lead project tasks and project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Work to build a cooperative partnership between the client and all stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the projects.
  • Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationships.
  • Assist with business development and marketing efforts to help grow the business with both existing and new clients in KY.
  • Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution, including field, office, and personal environments.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution projects and related construction activities.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management, staff management, and/or business development.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.
  • Current KY PE or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Masters of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field.
  • 15+ years of related experience in the water/wastewater industry.
  • Recent experience working with clients in the KY market.

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.

The base salary range for this position is $121,100.00 to $171,850.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
