Shift Hours : 3 : 30pm-12 : 00am Monday-Friday Permanent, Full Time Position We are seeking a skilled, experienced Welder to join our team in a maritime manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone with proficiency in TIG welding. In this role, you will perform advanced welding and fabrication tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions, meet production deadlines, and produce high quality work. Key Responsibilities : Perform advanced welding and fabrication with minimal errors Read and work from complex drawings and blueprints Understand and use welding symbols Use cranes and rigging for large, complex parts Perform in-process quality checks Use hand-held plasma cutters and torches correct weld sequencing Use advanced fabrication and straightening techniques Help train and mentor newer team members Follow all safety procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications : At least 1 year of prior experience as an Welder; preferably in a manufacturing or production environment At least 1 year of experience with TIG welding Ability to read blueprints and use basic math and measuring tools Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs.
