Were seeking an experienced, dependable Project Manager to lead full-cycle commercial, renovation, and restoration masonry projects in the Raleigh area. Youll be the driving force behind schedule, scope, and team coordinationworking directly with our VP of Operations, Division Manager, and Director of Sales & PMwhile serving as the primary contact for GCs, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff.

Responsibilities
Lead all project phasesfrom preconstruction through close-out
Serve as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate RFIs, ASIs, CCOs using PlanGrid, BIM360, or Procore
Set up and manage project tracking in Sage Timberline
Review and price changes in project scope
Process subcontractor invoices, COIs, and create subcontracts
Submit monthly AIA G702 pay applications
Attend kickoff and progress meetings regularly
Qualifications
35 years in commercial masonry (field or management); restoration a plus
Bachelors degree or 5+ years of related experience
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Proficient in MS Office and construction software (e.g., Sage Timberline, PlanGrid)
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and collaborative
