Were seeking an experienced, dependable Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial, renovation, and restoration masonry projects across the Southeast. Based in Raleigh, NC, youll work directly with our VP of Operations, Division Manager, and Director of Sales & PM, while serving as a key liaison between General Contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role offering real career growth opportunitiesfrom Assistant PM to Project Manager and beyond.

What Youll Do
Manage all project phases and serve as the secondary point of contact
Coordinate drawings, RFIs, ASIs, and CCOs using PlanGrid, BIM360, or Procore
Assist with project tracking and reporting in Sage Timberline
Review, price, and track changes in project scope
Process sub invoices, COIs, and prepare subcontracts
Submit monthly pay applications (AIA G702)
Attend project kickoff and progress meetings
Collaborate daily with field staff, GCs, vendors, and internal departments
What Youll Bring
13 years of experience in commercial masonry (field or management); restoration a plus
Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience (minimum 1 year)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn project software (Sage Timberline, PlanGrid, etc.)
A detail-oriented, deadline-driven team mindset
