Plumbing Project Manager / Commercial / Multi Family

The Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plumbing installation on commercial and multi-family job sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth plumbing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with other trades and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day plumbing operations on multiple job sites
Interpret and work from blueprints and plumbing schematics
Coordinate schedules and communicate clearly with field crews and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Collaborate effectively with general contractors and other trades
Monitor job progress, budgets, and timelines
Troubleshoot and resolve job site issues as they arise

Requirements:
Valid Journeyman Plumbers License (required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and/or multi-family plumbing
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plumbing plans
Self-motivated and highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Works well independently and as part of a team with other trades
