Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks across properties
Handle basic general maintenance
Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Keep maintenance logs and document repairs and tasks completed
Ensure properties meet safety and operational standards
Communicate effectively with the management

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements
* Good communication skills in English
*A drivers license and a reliable vehicle (regional travel required)
*A mobile phone with a decent camera and enough storage space to take pictures and video of managed properties
*Reliable Internet
* A computer with a web cam for meetings and to be able to upload pictures and videos when necessary.
* All Professional Handyman tools
* TechSavy - Able to operate on Work Order Management Software.
* Willingness to travel locally between job sites as needed

Preferred Qualification
* 3+ years of experience in general handyman work, including drywall and painting with a strong emphasis on plumbing, painting and general maintenance
* Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
* Ability to assess and complete repair tasks independently with minimal supervision
* Experience working in property maintenance, residential repairs, or rental turnovers
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to document work clearly with photos and notes using a smartphone or tablet
* Basic understanding of safety protocols and job site cleanliness
* Any construction experience
* Bi Lingual - English and Spanish
* A truck to take materials to and from a job site is a plus.
