**Job Description**

Join our team as a Powder Coat Painter, specializing in coating Generac parts. This position involves working in a paint booth, preparing surfaces, and applying powder coatings using spray guns.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform powder coat painting for Generac parts.

+ Prepare surfaces for painting.

+ Operate a spray gun within a paint booth.

+ Ensure quality standards are met for painted products.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1 year of experience in powder coat painting.

+ Proficiency with painting techniques, including paint prep and spray paint.

+ Experience working in a paint booth environment.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ 6 months of experience with wet spray paint.

+ Knowledge of industrial painting processes.

**Work Environment**

The position operates on the first shift, Tuesday to Friday, from 5 am to 3 pm. Occasionally, work may be required on Mondays. The environment is supportive, with a focus on skill development and career progression.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.10 - $20.10/hr.
