Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Osceola, AR. Candidates should be confident in installing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and capable of handling ductwork installation as part of the job.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing HVAC systems and components (rooftop units, air handlers, etc.)

• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and airflow issues

• Hanging and assembling sheet metal ductwork

• Reading and interpreting HVAC drawings and blueprints

• Ensuring systems meet code and performance standards

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC installation and troubleshooting

• Skilled in sheet metal ductwork handling and equipment setup

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to work independently and follow direction

• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
