Location: Multiple projects. Transportation not provided.

Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction worker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various phases of construction, including framing, concrete, drywall, finishing, and general labor. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites

Operate hand and power tools of various types

Assist in layout, framing, and foundation work

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim

Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials

Mix and pour concrete

Handle material loading/unloading and site preparation

Ensure work areas are clean and safe at all times

Follow OSHA and company safety standards

Requirements:

3+ years of construction experience in residential or commercial projects

Proficient in use of construction tools and equipment

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations

Excellent physical stamina and hand-eye coordination

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
