Summary
Per Se Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent. The superintendent is responsible for leading all aspects of field operations, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing quality and safety standards, and maintaining overall project progress. This role is critical to the success of our construction operations and requires a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
Responsibilities
Oversee and direct all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through close-out.
Coordinate and manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and specialty contractors.
Monitor subcontractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
Drive project milestones, adjust sequencing, and implement recovery strategies as needed.
Enforce strict safety compliance and company standards on all work performed.
Serve as the key field liaison to project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
Preferred Skills and Expertise?
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects, with emphasis in manufacturing and industrial
Proven experience managing high-end, multi-trade interior office fit-outs over 40,000 sq. ft., including all MEP systems and specialty contractor coordination
Proficiency with Autodesk Build and other construction management platforms.
Demonstrated ability to track and manage subcontractor progress across MEP and specialty scopes.
Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA 30 certification required.
The pay range for this role is $58-62/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
