Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a machine operator, you will be responsible for machining friction surfaces for clutches and brake magnets and rotors. You will inspect parts post-machining, engage in general assembly, utilize set-up sheets, accurately read blueprints, cut semi-finished parts, and measure parts for precision. Experience in using calipers and micrometers is essential.
**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect parts after machining for accuracy.
+ Engage in general assembly tasks.
+ Accurately read and interpret blueprints.
+ Cut semi-finished parts with precision.
+ Measure parts using calipers and micrometers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency with calipers and micrometers.
+ Experience in machine operation.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Competency in general assembly tasks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanically inclined individual preferred.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Proficient use of an iPad.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Ability to perform visual inspections and complete documentation.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds.
+ 6+ months of blueprint experience.
+ 6+ months of experience in part inspection and cutting.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
