An ABM Onsite Project Manager - Janitorial for the Sports & Entertainment Vertical Market is responsible for the operational and financial success of his/her project. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations and maintaining strong client relationships, ranging from property management teams to senior executives. This role is responsible for budget management, vendor oversight, cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Project Manager will lead a diverse team, conduct building inspections, oversee payroll and safety training, and manage inventory and supplies. Additionally, they will support new business development and ensure compliance with administrative and financial procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation: $85,000/annually

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicants education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for maintaining positive customer relations from property management level up to senior executive level. Supports ABM activities in budget preparation and vendor and contactor oversight and is responsible for helping manage cost and to identify and institute cost savings projects.
  • Provides on-going oversight and support for ABM administration, budgetary and financial procedures, processes and standards. Responsible to develop, enhance and submit various professional level written reports, surveys, correspondence on a timely basis. Support and assist in the development of new business opportunities for ABM.
  • Reports daily to ABM District Manager and other levels of the organization. Interacts with various organizational support elements including administrative, human resources, financial, quality control and safety departments.
  • Lead and manage a diverse operations team to ensure high quality service delivery aligned with contractual and financial goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, from property management to senior executives, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
  • Oversee budget preparation, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct regular building inspections to assess cleanliness, equipment condition, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outsourced services to meet performance expectations.
  • Supervise payroll processes, inventory management, and procurement of supplies and consumables.
  • Ensure proper onboarding, training, and performance management of staff, including safety and compliance training.
  • Prepare and present professional reports, proposals, and incident documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support new business development by identifying opportunities for service expansion and operational improvements.
  • Maintain accurate work order tracking and ensure timely completion of out of scope projects and client requests.
  • Project manager will ensure that employees have proper uniforms and PPE.
  • Prepare and submit incidents/injury reports as needed.
  • Will open Corrigo work orders for additional work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in facility or janitorial management, with proven leadership in project management capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
