Job Description: The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring land for residential and commercial development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, with experience in land acquisition, market analysis, and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate land purchase agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and development teams.
• Manage relationships with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with zoning and land use regulations.
• Assist in the development of land acquisition strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscapes

Qualifications:

• Real Estate Licence Required
• Experience in land acquisition or real estate development
