What Youll Do
Operate mobile equipment to safely handle and transport steel products
Load, store, and rotate materials by grade, size, and heat number
Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Assist with inventory management and quality control
Complete forklift and overhead crane certifications
Support and train team members as needed
What Youll Bring
Experience with mobile or heavy equipment operation
Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, and two weekends/month)
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industrial environment
Successful completion of our entrance exam
