Do you enjoy working with your hands, using power tools, and seeing your work come to life? We're looking for a Construction Installer to join our growing teamand hit the road! This is not your typical 9-to-5. You'll be traveling to exciting new construction sites, working with a tight-knit crew, and installing everything from ductwork to walk-in freezers. If you're mechanically inclined, love variety in your work, and don't mind being on the move, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do: Install ductwork, large walk-in freezers, grease hoods, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and wall panels. Use a variety of power tools and hand tools with precision and safety. Read and interpret tape measurements accurately (down to 1/16). Work closely with a team of five in a collaborative, new construction setting. Perform general construction tasks including carpentry, HVAC, and flooring. Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to job sites is required (company transportation or mileage reimbursement provided). Overnight stays may be necessary depending on project location. Per diem and lodging covered for out-of-town assignments. What You Bring: Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Team player attitude with a strong work ethic. Previous construction or installation experience is a plus. Why Join Us?
