Immediate Openings:

Experienced Paver Operator / Job Foreman
- Operate Leeboy 8510 paver (experience with this machine preferred)
- Ability to lead a crew, keep jobs moving, and maintain quality control
- Must be experienced with layout, grades, and finish work
- Strong communication skills and leadership experience required
- CDL a plus, but not required
- This role offers foreman-level responsibility with potential for long-term growth and advancement

Asphalt Paving Laborers
- Experience with raking, shoveling, and general asphalt prep
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Previous asphalt paving experience required
