Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check run selections and statement audits for Vendors
- Manage Customer Refunds
- Data Entry Credits from Vendors for parts returns
- Update Vendor Records in accounting software
- Certificate of Insurance and 1009 updates
- Manage and audit and review of all company CC expense exports by month end
- Oversee WF program and expense reporting program
- Review current statements and notate any past due invoices that are not in Intaact
- Oversee AP team and assign/delegate/and coach team
- All applicable functions pertaining to Accounts Payable
- Other duties as assigned
Do I have What it Takes?
- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in supervisory/management leadership of a team
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
