About the Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll lead with precision, manage with confidence, and deliver with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the VDC team to ensure accurate modeling and coordination of mechanical systems.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date project records and ensure seamless communication across departments.

  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
