Design Project Manager (Multiple Positions)

Design Project Manager (Multiple Positions) , TSMC Arizona Corporation , Phoenix, AZ. Apply understanding of FAB CSA requirements to enable process technology using in the buildings. Coordinate between design firms and construction firms for all Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) scope. Lead design efforts to scope project requirements based on business needs. Ensure Fab designs are permittable in local jurisdiction, troubleshoot design changes driven by local codes. Create scope documents for pre-con and full construction scopes. Manage construction projects for schedules, cost, and changes. Perform engineering design evaluations and work to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. Complete handover from CSA construction firms, assemble all final documentation and close out punch list items.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Management, or related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelors, progressive experience in an engineering role.

Alternatively, company will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Management, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in an engineering role.

Must have one (1) year experience with semiconductor manufacturing principles, practices and techniques as they relate to engineering and maintenance.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience in facility management.

Must have at least two (2) years experience in geotechnical analysis.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience in Fab CSA design.

Must have at least three (3) years of construction experience.

Must have at least three (3) years of experience in vibration analysis and troubleshooting.

Must have at least three (3) years of experience in structural steel design.
