Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day onsite operations to ensure project milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, inspections, and work crews
Conduct daily morning briefings and maintain accurate daily logs, reports, RFIs, and submittals
Interpret and enforce adherence to blueprints, plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
Track project schedules and cost controls; implement proactive solutions to resolve delays or issues
Foster positive communication and relationships with project managers, architects, engineers, clients, inspectors, and field teams .
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
5+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent or equivalent.
Proven ability to manage large, multi-trade job sites with efficient scheduling, logistics, and team coordination
Competency in reading blueprints, plans, and using industry-standard construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Office)
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
OSHA 30-hour or equivalent safety certification required.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Preferred:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Certifications such as CCM, CPC, or LEED credentials.
Experience with tenant build-outs, fast-track schedules, or occupied-space renovations.
