Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced forklift operator to join our team, responsible for moving materials and finished products from the production area to the warehouse. This position involves significant responsibilities, including cycle counting, ordering materials, and managing inventory. The role is crucial in ensuring timely delivery of materials, some of which may require up to three months for procurement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and transport materials safely between various locations.
+ Conduct cycle counting and manage inventory.
+ Order materials and ensure timely delivery to departments.
+ Train on 1st shift for 12 weeks.
+ Work in elevated areas of the warehouse.
+ Lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Maintain attention to detail and commitment to safety.
**Essential Skills**
+ Production experience.
+ Forklift experience.
+ Dependability.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with sit-down, stand-up forklifts, or electric pallet jacks.
+ Experience with inventory programs.
+ Stable and consistent work history.

Work in a wood working company that may be dusty and dirty, with the potential for heavy lifting up to 40-50 pounds. The assembly process involves stations where each employee contributes to producing the finished product.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Earl, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
