Thermal Spray Operator - Aviation Industry Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Job Type: Contract to Hire Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM About the Role Join a dynamic team at the forefront of aviation manufacturing! As a Thermal Spray Operator, you'll play a critical role in applying high-performance protective coatings to aerospace components. Your work will directly contribute to the safety, durability, and performance of aircraft parts used in commercial and military aviation. Key Responsibilities Operate thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to metal components with precision and consistency Perform essential pre- and post-coating tasks including masking, blasting, and blending Set and adjust parameters such as spray pressure, temperature, and feed rate to meet exacting aerospace specifications Inspect coated parts to ensure compliance with FAA-regulated quality standards Required Skills & Qualifications Thermal spray experience is a mustideally in an aerospace or industrial setting High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent math skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Preferred Experience 2+ years in thermal spray, welding, or industrial painting Familiarity with aviation manufacturing standards and FAA compliance Why Join Us?
