Field Millwright**

**Paying $40 - $44 / HR**

**Location: Vancouver, WA**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Troubleshooting and servicing heavy industrial equipment on site at customers.

+ PLC controls and working within automation of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrically-driven systems.

+ Installing and commissioning new capital equipment.

+ Fabrication of support part components in the field as needed, must be proficient in repair welding.

+ Working with on site customers to understand equipment and machinery issues, clearly conveying troubleshooting and repair process.

+ Creating or editing work orders, working with PM or engineers if necessary to determine best course of action.

+ Reporting on project updates/progress.

+ Troubleshooting over the phone.

**Qualifications:**

+ Class 5 Boiler License in welding would be highly desirable

+ Must be able to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams

+ Must be able to read and interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings and diagrams

+ Must be open to 70% travel regionally, and eventually across the country. Typical projects last 2-3 days with overnight stays.

+ Some international travel within North America.

**Environment / Shift:**

+ First 6 months will be training locally and learning equipment, getting to customers within the region.

+ 70% of time will be spent in the field, 30% in the shop learning equipment and training.

+ Company truck outfitted with all tools needed for job.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
