Mobile Heavy Equipment Mechanic

$60,000 - $90,000 Annually

Full-Time Schedule, Year-Round

Our road mechanics work out of our expansive shop at 939 Parker Farm Road in Buxton and travel to jobsites to troubleshoot and repair equipment. The following is a summary of the job responsibilities and benefits. Please reach out to learn more - we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities

• Must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with heavy-duty trucks, service vehicles and other construction equipment
• Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance of trucks and equipment either at the shop or on location of a breakdown
• Must be familiar with both diesel and gas engines
• Experience with brakes, tires, and other maintenance services
• Qualified candidates must have excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
• A valid driver's license in good standing (CDL and Inspection License are not required but would be a plus)
• Must have own tools and a positive attitude
