A1 Welding is a growing structural steel fabrication shop seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee welding and fabrication projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage structural steel and fabrication projects from planning through completion
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Track project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed
Conduct job site visits and monitor safety, quality, and productivity
Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery
Lead project meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders
Resolve project issues and keep all parties informed

Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience in welding, steel fabrication, or construction
Strong knowledge of industrial steel fabrication processes
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project)
Welding background preferred but not required
Valid driver's license
